Paul grew up in Massachusetts and ran track at High Point University in North Carolina. Paul taught at Franklin High School in Massachusetts for 5 years where he started implementing Modern Classrooms Project. He moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan and have been teaching at Kenowa Hills High School for 2 years and coaching cross country and track. You can find Paul outside running lots of miles, jumping into local road races and marathons, and exploring all good restaurants with his wife, Julia.
