I am the Personalized Learning Coach at Clinton Elementary School, where I support teachers in implementing personalized learning strategies that empower students to take ownership of their education. My focus is on helping teachers design classrooms that are blended, self-paced, and mastery-based, while also making learning accessible and engaging for all students.
With more than ten years of experience in education, I’ve taught 4th, 6th, and 7th grade math and science, and I now dedicate my work to coaching, collaborating, and building capacity in teachers. I am passionate about creating student-centered learning environments that balance academic rigor with social-emotional growth.
In my role, I partner with teachers to plan, model, and reflect on instructional practices, ensuring that every student has a pathway to success. At the core of my work is the belief that all students can achieve at high levels when given voice, choice, and the right supports.
