James Edmond Jr., Ph.D. is a nationally recognized educational leader with a proven record of helping organizations grow and achieve high levels of success. In addition to his work as a middle school teacher, elementary principal, and district-level administrator, James has held leadership positions at the state and national level with principal leadership organizations. James is also considered a thought leader for organizations that focus on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and equitable instructional practices in education.
Dr. Edmond holds an undergraduate secondary education degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a masters degree in educational leadership from Marian University, and a doctoral degree in leadership, learning, and service from Cardinal Stritch University.
