Freddie Alarcon

Dr. Freddie P. Alarcon is in his 29th year in public education and currently serves as the Director of Middle School Leadership within the Chesapeake Public Schools system. Prior to this role, he distinguished himself as a Middle School Principal and Assistant Principal, in addition to holding various positions within the central office. Dr. Alarcon began his educational career as a middle school teacher before transitioning to high school education. His greatest passion lies in middle school instruction, where he is dedicated to developing innovative solutions to foster dynamic and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
