Drea Aguirre is an instructional coach, education consultant, and edtech enthusiast who supports schools in building classrooms where both students and teachers can thrive. She currently works with a wide-variety of secondary and alternative education programs in Denver, CO, helping educators implement blended, self-paced, and mastery-based learning using digital tools and a whole lot of strategy-meets-heart.
A former social studies teacher turned systems thinker, Drea is passionate about designing professional learning that’s inclusive, practical, and rooted in equity. Her coaching style blends high expectations with humor, trust, and a deep belief in humanizing teaching and learning. Whether she’s troubleshooting a tech tool or co-planning a check for understanding, her goal is always the same: make things work better for everyone.
When she’s not supporting schools or building teacher PD that doesn’t suck, she’s likely crafting, or spending time with her family.
