With 28 years in education, Dr. Beth Pallister has dedicated her career to fostering meaningful student learning experiences and empowering educators. Now in her fourth year as the proud principal of Western Branch Middle School, Dr. Pallister holds an MCP School Leader certification, is an MCP Communities of Practice liaison, and is committed to creating learning environments where students thrive through engaging, authentic learning opportunities. A passionate advocate for teachers, she works to bring sustainability and joy back to the teaching profession. Dr. Pallister’s leadership is grounded in a belief that happy, well-supported teachers create classrooms where students achieve their highest potential.
