What if every student could learn at exactly the right pace, master content before moving on, and actually feel confident in the classroom? That's not a dream, it's a design problem.
Here's what I know to be true: great teachers are creative, curious, and endlessly capable. Sometimes they just need the right structures, a well-designed system, and a good thought partner to unlock what they already have. That's the work I get to do every day, and I wouldn't trade it. Building bridges between people, ideas, and evidence, built one conversation at a time, so educators can do their finest work and students can thrive as a result.
When I'm not working, you'll find me chasing mountain trails with my husband, exploring new terrain, proving that the best learning happens when you're willing to keep moving, even when the path gets steep.
